At the start of each turn, if there is no revealed bounty card, the next one is revealed, and if the bounty deck runs out of cards, shuffle them again and start over
It also opens the door to niche synergies where you reuse creatures with activated abilities like Loran of the Third Path or squeeze more value from your mana dorks by casting spells at instant speed
In EDH, it could still be serviceable on a budget
However, I would have thought the protagonist from one of the series best games would be a prime candidate for some tight theming
While as a Booster Pack you might be buying 16 cards for a few dollars once you know what those cards are you'll be able to find out how much that card could be worth if sold separately
Your Treasure tokens are only good for one mana each, since you need to sacrifice them to get anything out of them
