I had four copies of Etched Champion maindeck for basically all of 2013 simply because of how popular and strong Jund was

The only caveat I see with Tolarian Academy being the best blue ramp is that, besides being a colorless land, you can add it to any artifact deck as a source of colorless ramp
We'll be destroying our own graveyard a lot, so I am not running Dawn for recursion, but's it possible that after some mass graveyard removal you'll have some stuff to bring back, so don't forget it
