I am going to rate all the cards on this list out of 10 but not in the usual way, just in comparison to each other
In short: All cards released on MTG Arena are legal in Historic, except those that were banned from the format or cards that werent ever legal in the first place
I can think of a lot of decks that will gladly snap this one up, and Im excited to play it myself
All have their strengths and weaknesses: Urza, Chief Artificer is the face commander and certainly the most obvious leader for the deck, being the only one that directly supports artifact creatures by giving them menace and producing one each turn (often called a "karnstruct")
Blood Moon The first printing of Blood Moon keeps a surprisingly high price tag, although we already have a lot of reprints of this fantastic card
Terra Branford arrives in cEDH as Urza, Lord High Artificer
