The reasons are simple: Compared to Legacy there are a lot less powerful Utility Lands to return which will have a big impact on the game, most of the time you get Fetch Lands to make sure you are hitting a land every turn (which is definitely good)
In this case, fitting them on a mana curve is odd
There are songs you love that I almost assuredly hate, and thats okay
No counters will be put and no damage will be dealt
Doing a full custom Elden Ring project at scale (and you have files): MPC is viable, but you are the quality control department
Tchalla stockpiles these counters on land that you control whenever it or another creature you control enters, and then all at once, using his secondary Mine Vibramium ability, can place them on a target creature with the added benefit of gaining life
