It is different enough and high enough mana cost that it is not a sure thing, but as far as power level goes this is about as high as you can get

I think thats enough to be playable in proliferate decks, which seems to now just get to proliferate for doing any game action they want

This may not be the big hitter it once was as the power level of Limited decks goes up
