Some of the strongest, most fun decks in the format are built around legends that cost a couple of dollars and a full 100-card list you can assemble for less than a single dual land
Legitimate collectors know what these cards are worth and price them accordingly
Overall, I like where things are and am excited to see more things added to the format.
If it takes a specific kind of deck to be able to best use the artifact, then you aren't taking a card you are always going to be able to play, and the card evaluation begins anew
