There aren't a whole lot of Legendary cards that can be played at instant speed (and the only actual Legendary Instant is not in these colors), so even though it says 'once each turn,' right now there's not a lot of ways for that to lead to off-turn shenanigans
Scaretiller similarly can bring lands into play from your hand or graveyard when it becomes tapped, but the deck doesn't include any reliable ways to tap it aside from attacking, and no good ways to punish your opponent for blocking or combat tricks to keep it alive
In any matchup where players are racing to generate the bigger battlefield, youll be grateful for the ability to cast creatures off the top of your deck, though youll lose some points against red aggressive decks

While the prices of many of the decks will almost certainly drop, at least this gives us a reasonable starting point to discuss prices
