So you need to end up in situations where the 3 damage either wins you the game or you take down an important creature, but a lot of the time their important creature will be attacking you

If its power and toughness were a smidge stronger then Id rate it higher for being both removal and a threat to multiple colors, but as it is its much too situational to rank much higher
