Owing to the prevalence of catch-up ramp (Archaomancers Map, Deep Gnome Terramancer, Keeper of the Accord and the emergence of Archivist of Oghma), Path to Exile just about takes the spot
There are also some familiar faces and monsters in here that enhance the whole experience for Baldurs Gate and D&D fans
For two mana, you can force an opponent to mill ten precious cards (or at least burn an MTG counter spell to prevent this)
Youll tune the sweeper by paying life, so you can allow your 4/4 to live while sweeping small creatures only, which you cant do as easily with a traditional Wrath of God
In my experience, World Shaper is actually a little short on cards with that effect (surprising since the entire point of the deck is to sacrifice all your lands), so Id also consider adding in a few other spells with a similar ability
Even if the opponent plays a big character, the deck has several ways to increase the power of your characters, and them fight on the same level of any threat
