In Modern I think the RG Prowess deck is slightly behind the URx version (mostly because theres no such a card as Preordain)
It generates two treasure tokens whenever you deal combat damage to an opposing player, but for one mana, it also lets you sacrifice treasure tokens to reduce a target creature's power and toughness by that amount
For two mana, it allows you to exile a card from your hand facedown
Be warned, though: this is the best-selling set in Magic s 30-plus-year history, and you will pay for the pleasure of this experience if you can find the product to pay for it at all
The buff Don Andres gives to stolen creatures as well as the Treasure tokens he generates when you cast noncreature spells that don't belong to you are nice, but they're far from enough to make stealing cards worthwhile (especially because the treasures enter tapped)
The one-of-one version was famously bought by Post Malone for two million dollars, and since then the card has been the bane of formats like Modern and Legacy thanks to its sheer power
