Horror B-movies haunt the East Anglian countryside

It looks like the world is Stan’s for the taking

This disorientating tale references several well-worn stories of adventure

revealing a different aspect of the "mad love" so romanticized by the (predominantly male) Surrealists

Dino Buzzati: Restless Nights and The Siren story collections Perfectly Acceptable edited by Henry Eliot /Restless Nights and The Siren, two long out of print story collections by Dino Buzzati, translated by Lawrence Venuti Published by North Point Press in 1983 and 1984. *** These are the best translations of Buzzati's stories, and were kind of hard to find even 15 years ago. These are unsold copies from those 80s printings, unread. Restless Nights looks brand new. The Siren has some age toning to the cover. I have a limited number of sets available.
