Wendy repurposes drilled core samples of the Canadian Shield (i. e. stone that has been drilled from deep in the earth by mining companies). She cuts thin slices on a diamond saw to reveal the unique mineral face of each pendant. She then wraps the piece with sterling silver wire. A cluster of trees are drawn on in ink and a freshwater pearl with silver
