Both versions Awesome, but Impractical: The upgraded version of "Jim's Trumpet" is THE most cost effective way to heal horror from multiple people in the game, and it can trigger off Curses on top of Skull tokens, but has the trade off that only Jim's own tests can trigger it, unlike the basic version that can be triggered by tests of other Investigators, which overall lowers the frequency and likelihood you can activate the signature, unless you fill the bag with Curse tokens
