Currently, valued at around $6, this Sarkhan mostly sees play in Dragon Typal Commander decks

In the long history of Magic: The Gathering, many different ways to play have been created by fans and Wizards of the Coast themselves

My logic for including both is simply that they are both so strong, noth as cards and within this archetype, they should comfortably win almost all games in which they are not dealt with reasonably promptly making a potential dead card in hand far less of an issue

That is, the rules support chapter abilities that appear to be out of order, like those on Blink
