It only modulates damage dealt to your opponents, not their permanents, but thats plenty
All told, the sorcery speed of this card probably holds it back more than the potential for it to be dealt with and the consequential aversion to targetting EtB effect creatures with it
Some of the better cards included in these sets are Cyclonic Rift, Praetor's Grasp, and Sword of Truth and Justice
This can be a bit of a bummer if someone interferes with your plans, but Snap is still a very flexible removal spell that has its uses even when opponents aren't presenting threats
Its something that Disney has never allowed any other publisher the opportunity to undertake, and its a bold bet for both companies
If you dont cast it, put it into your hand. Basically, as long as you use instant speed spells, you can constantly generate value by drawing cards or casting stuff for free, and thats really very hard to beat when youre also messing up everyone elses fun at the same time
