This second iteration was brewed for the Phantasm Cup, held at Other Half Brewing Company. This competition highlights the use of Phantasm and thiolyzing yeasts. Hopped with Riwaka, Waimea, Manilita, NZ Cascade T90, and SubZero Hop Kief, it also incorporates Phantasm, a thiol rich Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc grape powder. This combination promotes thiolysis, a
