Deep ruby in colour, it opens with aromas of sun warmed cherries, dried herbs, forest floor and a trace of spice. The palate unfolds slowly, revealing layers of red plum, pomegranate and wild thyme framed by fine grained tannins and a savoury, iron tinged minerality drawn from the schist soils of Mount Olympus. Extended ageing has added polish and poise,
