Cask No. 105.50 India a pecan danish and toastedFull of nostalgia, the Panel felt, as though they had climbed aboard an old airliner: well worn leather seats evoked travel past, coffee was served and lingered on the nose, and hard banana candy was handed out before take off. The palate had a full texture immediately sweet with dark fruits and sweet cigar tobacco, followed by cedar, white pepper and minted chilli salsa. Water gave both the nose and palate a serving of spiced bread and butter
