You can only cast three spells in the chapters the card gives you, counter shenanigans notwithstanding, so you dont need to hit something in every graveyard to get full value here

Cards like Ohran Frostfang, Saryth, the Viper's Fang and All-Out Assault dont have deathtouch, but they thrive on giving your creatures deathtouch when you attack

This way, you could remove +1/+1 counters off of evolve creatures and then make a creature large enough that it triggers the evolve and puts the +1/+1 counters right back on
