その後、1920年にHeuer ホイヤーへ、1936年にはアメリカの会社へと経営権が渡り、アメリカ市場向けの時計を製造していたブランド。この時計はダイアルにもスイス「R SWISS」と書かれている通り、ムーブメントやダイアルなどもスイス製です。
