The Merlot grapes were air dried to the point of raisining, giving this wine a unique profile, richness, thick texture, extreme aging potential, off the charts complexity, and a crazy amazing long finish. The aromas and flavours are in line with each other, including cassis liquor, fig, date, raspberry and blueberry jam, licorice, pipe tobacco, and the classic toasted barrel spices like
