I want to discuss the remaining cards that change a players maximum hand size together, mostly because they all see play in EDH/Commander
They are unsuitable for collectors as these cards have a unique back design and are not tournament-legal
Seems like the play (absent other significant factors) is to put a counter on it when it enters the battlefield, making it more easily survive the following combat
You would almost guarantee triggering the card draw function of Star Charter, and a lot of the decklists for this commander are filled with creatures that have power 3 or less
By having both Weakness and Resistance on my side, the matches were so easy that I could basically consider them an auto-win
