One is that you have control over when to use the effect and are able to save it until you have all your mana spare to abuse and the other is that the hands only last a turn and so any sorcery speed cards they draw will be useless if used in your turn

These would act similarly to the Magic card Guttersnipe, dealing damage when you cast spells

For our purposes, we care about literal draws
