Generally, they do not give you a ton of mana that makes it worth casting to cast a spell slightly quicker and are better suited for raising your storm count

It does this using its attack, Law of the Underworld , which lets you place six damage counters on each Pokmon in play with any abilities (both yours and your opponents)
This card was released in many different card packs but the rare version that's worth the $151 price point is the World Championship 2011 card pack version
