From our youngest 3 month old Buttery Clothbound Cheddar right the way through to our 2 year old Vintage Clothbound Cheddar. We use the milk from our grass fed cows, before bounding the cheeses in cloth and leaving them to naturally mature in our Cheese Store. Make sure to include a gift note at the checkout which we will then handwrite onto one of our beautiful cards. FREE
