This card is good on turn 4, and could be a mega overrun on turn 12

While not strictly drawbacks he does not work well with alternate casting cost cards like Force of Will and Foil or mechanics like suspend which is probably just as well as this guy plus Ancestral Vision would get tedious very fast

Even if one does not manage to have the matching set with Perrin, this card would still be a key component of any collection
