Paragon Art Deco Blue_and_white Some utensil marks if examinedWhat a gorgeous and rare Art Deco Paragon, made in 1931. The pattern is Tulip and is partly hand painted. An unusual step type of detailing on the outside of the teacup with thin yellow bands. Blue trim with a blue sponged handle. Pattern F2209. Reg No. 766314.
