Washed well

Then screenprinted with two leaves in fluorescent pink (unknown weed) and ochre yellow (fern) using acrylic printer's ink

Each one is different as the dyes used to color the fiber are set with melting snow

Proper mordanting skills are shared and how to lay color when your dye materials don't contain all that much using dye blankets. Other techniques including flower hammering can be experimented with. We can even over dye with indigo! Materials can be provided but students are encouraged to bring older articles of clothing in for refreshing.
