The reason I bring up Vedalken Orrery is because it's a perfect example of a rules breaking/rules testing card
Lurking Predators, Call of the Wild, and the new Vivien's Arkbow can put creatures into play from your library without casting a spell so your werewolves can still flip
For three mana and six Blood tokens, you can return every single creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield as Vampires with a finality counter on them
Sure, a three-mana 3/4 with reach is solid, and will likely outclass anything else your opponent is playing early on
Vivi Ornitier shines brightest on turn four: after Vivi Ornitier resolves, you can follow up with Monstrous Rage to bring the Wizard up to four power, activate its mana ability, and still have four mana left to cast additional spells
Similarly, a creature whose toughness is doubled gets +0/+X, where X is its toughness as the effect begins to apply
