You can then equip Revavroom ex with some of the new Tools in this expansionsuch as Patrol Cap, which protects cards in your deck from being discarded, and Vengeful Punch, which strikes back when the Pokmon it's attached to is Knocked Out.
This wording is usually found on punisher effects, so this is probably some kind of burn/edict effect
What did surprise me though is how nice the Graveyard subtheme ended up being: I count 20 cards that interact with the graveyard directly with a very generous definition, including anything that recurs (Starfield of Nyx), puts itself in the graveyard (Binding the Old Gods), puts other enchantments in the graveyard (Nyxborn Behemoth), or triggers off enchantments going into graveyards (Narci, Fable Singer)
Hei Bai's last ability doesn't cause you to move counters from Hei Bai onto the target creature
While that story had a happy ending, I have to imagine that hes not the only one out there using the high to try and figure out what his cards are worth
