Chaos: Whenever you roll Chaos, Scry X, where X is the number of creatures removed from the game by Sumeriosis
Providing card draw which gets better and better each turn, The One Ring is a hugely useful piece of utility
Unlike many other Wizard cards, magecraft allows players to benefit from not only casting spells, but also from copying them
It can also be used to pay for additional costs that include generic mana.
This can be respected but while it's a repeatable, strong piece of removal, it doesn't merit a first place in the rankings strictly because bounce effects don't lend themselves well towards opposing creatures with enter-the-battlefield effects, of which there are always a lot in every set
This looming threat of a reprint can limit long-term growth for these cards, unlike scarcity-guaranteed Reserved List items
