It can only draw you a card on each end step, but in the right deck you can make it happen on your opponents' turns too

In addition to gods, there are a lot of heroes and monsters

Before the deck, Wizards were very under-served as a theme

For each creature card exiled this way, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.Nightbound (If a player casts at least two spells during their own turn, it becomes day next turn.)
