These are normally minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect the integrity of the pieces. For example this might be a small knot in the wood across the face, a slight smudge of paint or a minor change in shaping where we tried something new. As they are seconds and sold at a discounted price they are non refundable. This proud lizard is very serious indeed.
