I'm guessing a 1930's date on this rod. Varnished and with a three up node pattern construction. Patent date stamped on the butt ferrule. Small reverse twist guides are most suitable for silk lines. Wrapped yellow with cinnamon edges, fore and aft at the keeper, at the male ferrules, and the agate tip tops. The agate stripper is in good condition.
