We had originally shot these photos more out in the open, but the light was too harsh and it just wasnt right and looked bland, so its amazing how much a location impacts the overall look of your photographs
* Tip I like the dressing chilled so I will make it ahead of time and store it in the fridge (up to 24 hours) and then when I am ready to prepare and serve the salad, I just add the chilled mixed dressing right into the fruit and serve
