Elsa, Snow Queen is one of those elusive cards, which features the D23 Expo stamp at the bottom of the frame and the special Enchanted foiling process that wouldnt be seen until the Rise of the Floodborn expansion

The only problem is that, when combined in a standalone starter deck, these cards don't function all that well
